A single storey new dwelling built on existing farmland in Cranage, this home was designed for an exceptional developer client with real vision for a modern, eclectic home making the most of the landscape and views. John Dempsey’s eye for detail, modern materials and sustainability helped forge a partnership to create this eye-catching sloped roof design, hiding the rainwater run-off, using an air-source heat pump, porous external surfaces and a low-maintenance building finished to the highest level of detail.
The finished home achieves flexible open plan living, stunning framed views and a double garage block to excite the senses.
