Extensions and Redesigns - The Old Rectory, Warburton

THE OLD RECTORY, WARBURTON

The Old Rectory is associated with the medieval church of Old St. Werburgh’s Church in Warburton. The property, set in formal gardens is Grade II listed and any alterations or improvements required the greatest of sensitivity. Tsiantar Architects are regarded by Trafford Planning Department as specialists in the field of Architectural Conservation and with this particular historical building worked closely with us to fully restore and extend the property in keeping and in sympathy with the original design. All the windows were replaced and an extension added to the rear and sides, including a large garden room. The Listed status remains and is now applied to the new work also by Tsiantar Architects.
