SUMMERTREES – HALE BARNS

Working with an existing client we looked at the options for keeping her home, whilst creating a value to the land and reducing the costs of maintaining the significant garden. The large plot was divided to give the existing house all the required amenity space, garden and parking, whilst creating a plot with a new gated access, both front and rear gardens, parking and privacy. We created a scheme with a blend of traditional materials that sits nicely in the local area and street scene, whilst giving a modern internal layout. The plot with Full Planning Permission was sold to a local developer who built a fabulous family home, sold on the open market, immediately after completion.
