PRIVATE ROAD – HALE BARNS

An existing client came to us with a large overgrown garden plot adjacent to, but screened off from the family home. They were looking to see if Planning Permission could be gained to add value to the plot, for sale on the open market. Whilst the plot was in the Greenbelt, the residential development on the private road allowed for some optimism, despite negative initial feedback from the Planning Department. 

The client understood the time commitment required, and extensive research was undertaken to look at national planning policies and to seek to prove a ribbon development was in place.

We worked alongside one of our trusted planning consultants, to gain Outline Planning Approval for three large detached family homes in large garden plots with private driveways, succeeding at appeal.
