Plockton
This modest run down cottage was transformed to a spacious family home, future proofed for the 21st Century. The original house was completely refurbished and upgraded, a loft conversion carried out, and new extensions to the side and rear added to cleverly exploit all available space.
The contemporary kitchen extension to the rear forms a striking addition from both inside and out, with large folding doors allowing the space to be opened up to the retained mature garden.
Miramar
A large Victorian mansion, this house had been derelict for some years and in a poor state of repair. Extensively refurbished with a new roof and windows and an elegant orangery off the kitchen, the house was completely restored to meet the needs of 21st century living whilst retaining all its period features.
Fernroyd
This stunning Victorian villa was completely renovated and restored. With six bedrooms, large cellars/store rooms ideal for converting, and set in mature gardens, the house stands out with its beautiful arched windows and veranda.
The old stores and conservatory at the rear of the property were demolished and replaced with an extension that blends seamlessly with the property. The basement chamber was tanked and converted creating a gym, plus games room with pool table and a bar.
