Working closely with an ICF manufacturer we developed a collection of future proof ICF units. Creating a catalogue of units to suit most situations and locations, striving to provide an option for rapid affordable housing using MMC’s for social housing groups and private land owners.

Using ICF allows for phenomenal air-tightness success, with the potential to reach passive house levels should this be required. It also lends itself towards the integration of ASHP, MVHR PV and Geothermal energy and heating solutions to be most effective and future proofed.
