Another successful approval achieved in Trafford! We have received both planning and permitted development approval for the two phases of this scheme. The submission was split to ensure the rear permitted development submission would not be slowed down by the more challenging front porch extension.
Great to have achieved approval for both with minimal planning officer comments. Building control drawings have been started and we’re looking forward to seeing this one start on-site soon.
