Tsiantar Architects have been off exploring Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Kruger National Park over the Christmas break.
It was a truly incredible adventure enjoying the beautiful South African culture, architecture, scenery, fabulous wine and wildlife!
From warthog chasing to wine tasting, this adventure included everything we planned and so much more.
It is so important for architects to travel. We are fortunate in our profession to be artists with an understanding of construction, but to exceed our limits we must strive to understand other cultures, environments and architectural styles. Expanding our knowledge and understanding improves our design capabilities, but also give us a much broader range of versatile ideas which allow us to bring our clients dreams to reality.
Don’t limit yourself to a predefined design box, architecture will fail if we don’t strive for greater architecture.
